What to do when you have bought a Playmobil box and there are pieces missing?

Have you bought a Playmobil box and some parts are missing?

What you have to do is contact clients@playmobil.de indicating which part you are missing, attaching your purchase receipt and indicating your postal address; and Playmobil will send you the missing piece by mail in a few days.
